Agreement

These Terms apply when you use the Echorithm website, games, account features, cloud saves, multiplayer rooms, and related services operated by Echorithm LLC. By using a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the age requirements of the storefront or platform through which you access a game. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use the service only with that permission.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your sign-in credentials. Provide accurate information, do not share access tokens, and notify us if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with a service, attempt unauthorized access, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, distribute malware, harass other players, impersonate another person, cheat in multiplayer play, or use Echorithm content in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Games and licenses

Subject to these Terms and any applicable storefront license, Echorithm grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games and services for their intended purpose. Echorithm and its licensors retain ownership of the games, website, artwork, code, names, logos, and other protected content.

Community content and feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Echorithm permission to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as reasonably needed to operate the relevant service. If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback, Echorithm may use them without restriction or compensation, while respecting any personal data covered by the Privacy Policy.

Purchases and storefronts

Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, and payment processing offered through Steam, Google Play, or another storefront are governed by that storefront's terms and policies. Echorithm does not receive your full payment-card details from those storefronts.

Cloud saves and multiplayer

Cloud saves and multiplayer features are conveniences, not guaranteed backup or archival services. Keep local backups where a game supports them. We may limit or remove data when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, account deletion, or normal retention schedules described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Our services may link to or rely on third-party platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and Echorithm is not responsible for third-party availability or content.

Availability and changes

Games in development or Early Access may change, contain errors, lose or alter features, or experience interruptions. We may update, suspend, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary. We do not promise that roadmap items, release dates, or experimental features will ship.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echorithm LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Enforcement and updates

We may restrict or terminate access when these Terms are materially violated or when necessary to protect players, systems, or legal obligations. We may update these Terms as services evolve; the updated date above shows when changes took effect.
